Rethinking Poverty 

Saturday January 13th, 2024 at Kent County Public Library 

On behalf of the Bayside H.O.Y.A.S., Inc., we would like to cordially invite you to the viewing of a documentary film by the Bayside H.O.Y.A.S. and Shrewsbury Parish Church about poverty in Kent County called “Rethinking Poverty". 

The documentary release will be Saturday, January 13th, 2024, at Kent County Public Library in the main meeting room from 12pm-1pm. The presentation will include a 20-minute documentary film followed by a Q & A with brief an introduction of the H.O.Y.A.S. EMPATH solution base program.

H.O.Y.A.S EMPATH will assist Kent County citizens in poverty to become self-sufficient while teaching them economic mobility and independence. We will use the professional practice of partnering with participants so that over time they may acquire the resources, skills, and sustained behavior changes necessary to attain and preserve their economic independence.
